Applied
and Computational Mathematics is the newly redesigned Applied Mathematics
track in the undergraduate mathematics curriculum. The student with an
interest in mathematics and computer science and in some
of the overlapping disciplines of biology, chemistry, engineering, and
physics is urged to major in Applied and Computational Mathematics. To
qualify for this track, a student must satisfactorily complete with a grade
of C or better each of the following courses in this suggested four-year
